What is your shipping method? When will I receive my order?
We offer flat rate shipping with U.S.P.S., Priority Shipping with U.S.P.S., FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and First Class Mail with U.S.P.S. Orders take 5-7 business days to process. All orders will be shipped no later than 7 business days after your order was placed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number with your selected mailing option via e-mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Please continue to check in with us for updates regarding this matter.
I made an error with my mailing address or order. Can it be fixed?
As soon as you notice the error, please email us at email@example.com so we can make changes. If the order is already processed, we will not be able to make any changes to the items in the order; but, we can make changes to the address.
Can I return my order?
All of E'tutto Amore products are handmade and made to order. E'tutto Amore products are also intimate skincare items. As a result, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! Etutto Amore does not test any of our products on animals and we do not knowingly purchase ingredients that were tested on animals.
Where are your products made?
We handcraft all of our products in our personal lab right here in the USA!
Can I purchase products in person?
We have a physical location where products may be purchased in person.

My scrub separated. Is this normal?
Yes! The oils in the scrubs will separate from the sugar/salt. Use a spatula to reincorporate the ingredients prior to usage.
My product looks lighter/darker than the last time. Is that normal?
Yes! Since our products are natural, sometimes the color varies from batch to batch; however, don't worry. The recipe is the same each time.
Do you offer samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any product samples at this time. If you’re wondering whether a particular product is right for you, though, please feel free to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll be happy to lend a hand! You can also take our free quiz which recommends products based on your response.
I have sensitive skin, will these products work for me?
Yes! We created our products to work with ALL skin types. We always recommend a patch test prior to usage if you are skeptical.
Are your products FDA approved?
Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a concerning skin problem, we recommend seeking a medical professional for treatment. Also, our products are not designed to use in your eyes, nostrils, ears, vaginally, or eaten.
Can your Yoni Oil be used as a lubricant?
No! Our Yoni products are made to be used externally only. It is not designed to be used as a lubricant of any kind.
