Shipping & Processing

The processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. If an order is placed after 6:00pmEST, the processing time begins the next business day. Once your order has shipped, delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending upon the shipping method selected at check-out. Shipping may be delayed due to holidays.

E'tutto Amore is responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the UPS carrier facility. At that time, all claims should be redirected to UPS. We can not provide a refund on packages damaged by carrier.

UPS is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $100.00 for each domestic package, international shipment, or pallet in a UPS Worldwide Express Freight® shipment, where there is no declared value. If the value of your goods exceeds this amount, you can declare up to $50,000 per package or $100,000 per pallet (subject to terms and conditions) by entering the declared value when you create a shipment on and paying an additional charge. Certain domestic packages are eligible for the enhanced maximum declared value of $70,000, subject to restrictions set forth in the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service. Please note that these amounts are in U.S. dollars. When a shipper declares a value in excess of $100, it does not receive any form of insurance.


In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH UPS. Etutto Amore is NOT responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments send to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.


Etutto Amore is not responsible for weather related damage or delays. Once we turn your package over to the UPS Carrier Facility, it is completely out of our control.


Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.
